Mamizou Futatsuiwa from Touhou Project. She was the extra boss in Ten Desires, if I remember correctly. I haven't played Ten Desires yet, due to the costs of importing the game, but I can honestly say that I took interest immediately when I found out she wore glasses.

It was my first time drawing this character, and I did colour it completely from memory, so I probably messed up somewhere. Hooray!

I'd like to consider her the character with the most possibility for fanservice, mainly because of her ability to change the shape of herself and other things. One of her spell cards, I've heard, actually turns her into a copy of Reimu and starts attacking you. Ooooh.

As for personality, I have no idea.
